For a question about course content, prerequisites, access, or price, begin with the individual course page. If you need more information, contact the academy and include the course title.
Your learning account
Open My learning to sign in and return to your courses. Use the account you enrolled with. If you cannot sign in, use the password-reset option shown on the login form. Keep your password private.
Books and book orders
The bookshop shows real titles when they become available. Before ordering, check the product format and any delivery or download details. Your book-order account is the place to review WooCommerce orders.
Payment and access questions
Use only the payment instructions displayed by the site during checkout. If you have a payment or access problem, contact the academy with the order number, course or book title, and a short explanation. Please do not send payment card details or account passwords.
A page or lesson is not loading
Check your internet connection and try reloading the page. Confirm that you are signed in to the correct account. If the problem continues, include the page link, your browser, and what happened in your support enquiry.
